Future Educators Forever was born from a single presentation by our founder Todd Fortier to a group of Automotive Instructors. The premise is simple: CTE education is very different than traditional education. Todd has since retired from the community college setting to pursue his new mission to upskill educators.
We've spent over 30 years building those bridges — consulting with school districts, training educators, and presenting to industry leaders who want to invest in the next generation of automotive professionals.

- 30 years experience as a community college professor
- 10 years as an independent repair facility technician and General Manager
- Industry and education liaison for workforce initiatives
- Union leadership including Faculty President and Interest-Based Bargaining
- 20 years as a volunteer firefighter, serving the last six years as Chief (retired 2020)
